If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to request services.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Pricing, timelines, materials, and availability may change and are not guaranteed until A&G issues a written proposal/estimate and you accept it.
You agree not to:
All website text, photos, videos, logos, and designs are owned by A&G Fencing Co. or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We may link to third-party sites (maps, finance options, suppliers, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
When you submit your information, you consent to being contacted by A&G Fencing Co. at the phone number/email you provide, including calls, emails, and text messages (including automated or prerecorded messages where permitted) for:

Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and documentation where permitted by law.
Any site/phone estimate is an approximation. Final pricing requires a written proposal/Scope of Work (“SOW”) and may depend on:
Only items listed in the signed proposal/SOW are included. Anything not explicitly included is excluded (including removal of hidden items, concrete demolition beyond agreed posts, landscaping restoration, irrigation relocation, etc.).
Customer-requested changes after approval require a written Change Order and may change price and timeline. Additional work may require a deposit before proceeding.
You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area and ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured.
Unless your proposal states otherwise, you are responsible for confirming property lines and setbacks (survey, plat, markers). A&G is not responsible for boundary disputes if you do not provide accurate boundary information.
Public utility marking programs (e.g., 811) typically mark public utilities only. You are responsible for identifying private lines (irrigation, lighting, septic, drain fields, invisible dog fences, low-voltage wiring, etc.).
A&G is not liable for damage to unmarked or privately installed lines unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Unless stated in writing that A&G Fencing Co. will obtain permits/HOA approvals, you are responsible for obtaining them. If A&G agrees to help, fees are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly included in writing.
Weather, material delays, permit delays, site conditions, or safety issues may change timelines. Completion dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
A deposit may be required to schedule work and/or order materials. Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent materials have been ordered, labor has been scheduled, or other costs have been incurred.
Unless otherwise stated:
If your account becomes delinquent, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs where permitted by law.
You agree not to file chargebacks for authorized transactions or completed milestone work. We will provide documentation (signed proposal, photos, communications, time logs) to dispute improper chargebacks.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after materials are ordered or labor is scheduled, you may be responsible for:
You may be charged a rescheduling fee if access is not provided, pets are not secured, or the site is not ready when our crew arrives.
If A&G Fencing Co offers recurring plans (maintenance memberships, monitoring, etc.), we will provide clear pricing, affirmative consent, and simple cancellation paths consistent with consumer protection expectations. (The FTC finalized an amended “Negative Option Rule” in 2024; parts faced court challenge in 2025so best practice remains: make cancellation easy and terms clear.)
